After I spotted a large, fancy-looking walkie-talkie by my dad's computer.

ME: Is that a ham radio or a really old cell phone?

DAD: channel surfing That's a police radio.

ME: Cool.

DAD: Yeah. Remind me to show it to you later.

ME: You gonna become a vigilante?

DAD: I just retired.

ME: Everyone needs a hobby.
