Okay, I know I'm way late for this one, but inspiration struck and I had to go for it.

Monsieur Kevin made the observation that Validus, mentally handicapped terror of the 31st century, is always flipping out.

Me? I figure he simply has the memory of a goldfish and is shocked - shocked - by whatever happens to be going on around him at the time.
